General Policy
TheDevPixel provides custom website development and digital services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
Advance Payments
Advance payments are collected to reserve project time, planning, consultation and initial development work. Once work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if the project has not yet started, payment was made accidentally, or TheDevPixel is unable to begin the project for reasons under our control.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed design work, development work, SEO services, maintenance, hosting, domain registrations, premium plugins, themes, APIs and third-party purchases are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
If the client cancels a project after development has begun, payment for work already completed remains payable. Any remaining work may be cancelled upon mutual agreement.
Client Delays
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, unavailable credentials or slow communication from the client.
Change of Mind
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind after project commencement are not eligible for a refund.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made for domains, hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, themes, APIs or any third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and cannot be refunded by TheDevPixel.
Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work towards a fair and timely resolution before initiating any payment dispute.
