Project Quotations
Every quotation is prepared according to the project requirements shared by the client. Any additional functionality requested after quotation approval may require additional charges.
Payment Terms
Projects may require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines depend on project complexity, timely content submission, client approvals and revisions. Delays from the client may extend the project schedule.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide logos, images, website content, hosting details, domain credentials and timely feedback necessary for successful project completion.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed before development. Additional revisions beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges.
Website Ownership
Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client after full payment. Internal development frameworks and reusable components remain the property of TheDevPixel.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise requested in writing, TheDevPixel reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate services such as Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Vercel, Hostinger, payment gateways and analytics platforms. Their own terms apply.
Intellectual Property
Client-provided content remains the client's property. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.
Limitation of Liability
TheDevPixel is not responsible for hosting downtime, domain issues, third-party outages, client modifications after delivery or indirect business losses.
Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled before development begins. Work already completed remains chargeable. Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected, stored and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
